Shipping policy

All shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout before your payments goes through, and the shipping costs will depend based on volume ordered and whether you select standard or express delivery.

All our prices are displayed in UK GBP until you get to the checkout section and select the country of delivery. Once this has been input, it will revert to your local currency. You may be billed in your local currency as this depends on your bank.

Customs, duties and taxes:

The total of your order shown at checkout does not include any additional customs or duties charges. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties that may be owed prior to delivery.

Orders made outside of the UK may incur customs fees and will be charged upon the package reaching your country. Please check your junk emails, in case your custom payment email lands here.

Kahaani Puraani has no control over customs and import tax and we are unable to tell you beforehand as to how much you may be charged in import tax, duties and customs because it is country specific.

You, as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in and in order to receive your order, these fees must be paid. 

If you change your mind, your order will be returned to us and we will then be able to offer a refund. We are unable to refund you if you have paid the additional shipping fee.

Ireland customers:

There may be delays and additional custom charges when shipping to Ireland due to Brexit impact. 

Processing times:

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take longer. 

Delivery estimates

UK: 5-10 working days

USA: 20-22 working days

Ireland: 14-15 working days

EU: 15-25 working days 

Rest of the world: 25-30 working days

Please note delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Neither the carriers nor we can guarantee delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Discounts:

Once your order has been placed, we cannot apply a discount code for you as these must be applied at checkout. 

Order changes:

Once your order has been made, we cannot guarantee our team is able to make any changes to your order and are not held responsible if your order has already been despatched.
