All shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout before your payment goes through. Shipping costs depend on your destination and whether you select standard or express delivery.

All prices are displayed in GBP. Once you select your country at checkout, prices will convert to your local currency. You may be billed in your local currency depending on your bank.

UK Orders Standard shipping: £4.95 | Express: £9.95 | Free standard shipping on orders over £50.

Ireland Standard International: €11.00 | Express International: €19.00 | Free shipping on orders over €60.

International Orders Standard International (5-8 business days): £12.95 | Express International (3-5 business days): £22.95 | Free standard shipping on orders over £100.

Customs, Duties and Taxes The total shown at checkout does not include any additional customs or duties charges. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Kahaani Puraani has no control over customs and import tax and we are unable to advise how much you may be charged as this is country specific. Please check your junk emails in case your customs payment notification lands there.

You, as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. In order to receive your order, these fees must be paid.

If you change your mind and your order is returned to us, we will offer a refund. We are unable to refund any additional shipping fees paid.

Processing Times Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, processing may take longer. Pre-order items will be dispatched once stock arrives.

Discounts Once your order has been placed, we cannot apply a discount code as these must be applied at checkout.

Order Changes Once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee our team is able to make any changes and are not held responsible if your order has already been dispatched.
